Botanical Name: Salvia Gregii
Cold Hardiness Zone: 7-9
Description: Autumn sage forms a nice mounding shrub that can sprout up to 4 ft tall and 2 ft wide. Most of the branches originate near the base of the plant, giving a vase like appearance. Although there are many flower colors, the most common are shades of red, pink and white. The leaves are leathery and small, adaptations that probably help prevent moisture loss in its dry native climate.
